U· Collection pieces are made to order: printed, professionally painted, assembled and grouted, all in Valencia, in 4-6 weeks. In-stock pieces, such as the Aureole Sun VXS wall lights, are dispatched within 5 working days.

After dispatch: Spain 1-3 working days, European Union 2-6, UK, Switzerland and Norway 3-7, rest of the world 5-12. Every order ships from Valencia with a tracked, insured courier and you receive the tracking number by email.

A flat, insured rate per region, shown before you pay: Spain €25, European Union €60, UK, Switzerland and Norway €95, rest of the world €160. The U·001 side table is a larger parcel: Spain €45, EU €110, UK, Switzerland and Norway €170, rest of the world €290. Prices include IVA.

Deliveries outside the EU, and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may be charged import taxes, customs duties and clearance fees in the destination, which are payable by you. Within the EU there is nothing more to pay. See shipping.

No. Every U· piece is painted to order, so any colour costs the same, whether it is one of our 35 curated colours or any RAL Classic or RAL Design code. See any RAL colour.

Screens vary, so treat the preview as a guide. We mix to the RAL reference and, for custom colours, confirm the match by email within 48 hours of your order. If we can't match it, you get a full refund.

Yes. Ask for a colour sample in any collection colour or RAL code and we'll post you a painted chip.

Send us the reference or a photo of the chip. We'll propose the nearest RAL code and confirm it with you before we paint.

Yes. You can withdraw from an online order within 14 days of delivery, and we extend this to 30 days for in-stock pieces and U· pieces in our 35 studio colours. Custom RAL colours, colour matches and commissions are made to your specification, so they cannot be returned unless faulty. Tell us first, by email or with withdraw from contract here; you pay the return shipping and we refund the piece and the standard delivery within 14 days. Full details on the returns page.

Yes. Any piece you can return can also be cancelled before we dispatch it, with a full refund. Custom RAL colours, colour matches and commissions go into production for you once you order, so they cannot be cancelled; if you change your mind, tell us straight away. See returns.

Yes. Every piece has the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity: if a piece is faulty or not as described, we repair or replace it free of charge, shipping included, and if that is not possible you get a price reduction or a refund. Write to info@rollostudio.com with your order number and a photo. We also repair our pieces and supply spare parts for at least 10 years. See the legal guarantee.

U· pieces use integrated LEDs, 2000K or 2700K, 3-12 W, all dimmable, with a concealed diffuser on the pendants. Most Sand Editions use standard LED bulbs (G9 or E27); Barchan and Urban Stem have a built-in LED core, Requiem an LED tube. Aureole pieces come with 1800K, 2200K or 2700K bulbs, fitted and tested before they leave the studio.

The U· Collection is 3D printed in plant-based PLA, sanded, painted with a thick high-gloss clear coat over the colour, then assembled and grouted. The Sand Editions are 3D printed in quartz sand or sand composites. See 3D printed lighting.
