Withdraw from your order
You can withdraw from an order without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery (your legal right of withdrawal), or within 30 days for in-stock pieces and U· pieces in our studio colours (our 30-day returns promise). It takes two steps:
- Click Withdraw from contract here and fill in your name, your email and your order number.
- Check your statement and click Confirm withdrawal.
You then see an acknowledgement on screen with the content of your statement and the date and time we received it, which you can print or save. We also confirm by email and send you packing instructions within 2 working days. If you have not heard from us by then, you can send the piece to the return address on our Returns page.
You can also withdraw by email to info@rollostudio.com, by post, or with the model withdrawal form. Pieces made to your specification, such as custom RAL colours and commissions, have no right of withdrawal (see Returns, section 5); if a piece is faulty, see our Legal guarantee.
