U·Collection is a new direction for Rollo Studio ~ a family of lighting & objects built around soft, rounded, generous forms that feel almost alive, with a designer's discipline holding them together underneath. Every piece is 3D printed tile by tile in plant-based PLA, sanded, painted professionally in Valencia with a thick high-gloss clear coat over the colour, then assembled and grouted in the studio, in any colour at the same price.

Four steps, all in Valencia, in 4-6 weeks.
- 01Printed
Tile by tile, in plant-based PLA, in our studio.
- 02Prepared
Each part is sanded and filled by hand.
- 03Painted
Professionally, in your colour, with a thick high-gloss clear coat over the colour.
- 04Assembled
Back in the studio the parts are joined, the light fitted and the grout lines filled with real grout, left visible on purpose.

The collection launched in a core palette of chalky neutrals and fired earth, and new tonal collections are added through the year. Beyond those 35 colours, any RAL Classic or RAL Design code is painted to order at the same price, and custom matches are confirmed by email within 48 hours.

What is the U· Collection made of?
Plant-based PLA, 3D printed tile by tile in our Valencia studio, sanded and painted professionally with a thick high-gloss clear coat over the colour (automotive-quality paintwork that reads like glossy ceramic), then assembled and grouted with real grout.
Does a custom colour cost more?
No. Every piece is painted to order, so any colour costs the same, whether it is from a collection or any RAL code.
How long does an order take?
4-6 weeks from order, then insured delivery from Valencia: Spain 1-3 working days, EU 2-6, UK, Switzerland and Norway 3-7, rest of the world 5-12.
Where can I see the pieces?
In our studio and showroom in Valencia (Carrer de Fray Francisco Cabezas 13), by appointment. Write to info@rollostudio.com.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, including custom colours. See the refund policy.
