Our activity does not require any prior administrative authorisation, is not a regulated profession and we have not adhered to any code of conduct. This information is published under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).
2. Prices
Prices on this site are in euros and are the same for every destination. For delivery in Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and in the rest of the EU, they include VAT (IVA) at the rate that applies to the order; for delivery outside the EU VAT area the sale is an export, on which no Spanish VAT is charged when the export conditions are met. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. For delivery outside the European Union, import taxes, duties and clearance fees in the destination country are not included. 3. Using this website
These terms apply to everyone who visits rollostudio.com. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms. Buying from us is governed by our Terms of sale (consumers) or Trade terms of sale (businesses). How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.
4. What you may not do
You may not:
- copy, scrape or download the content of the site in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, except as allowed in section 5;
- frame the site or link directly to our images and files from another site so that they appear as part of it;
- place false, fraudulent or test orders, or orders in someone else’s name without their permission;
- try to get around the site’s security, access areas or data that are not meant for you, test it for vulnerabilities, overload it or introduce malicious code;
- take advantage of an obvious error on the site (for example in a price) in bad faith;
- use the site to impersonate anyone or to send unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules, and we may report unlawful conduct to the authorities.
5. Our designs and content
The designs and forms of our pieces, their names, photographs, renders, videos, texts, drawings, spec sheets, image packs, the site’s design and code, and our logos and trade names belong to Bryant Creative Industries, S.L.U. or to the people who license them to us, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law, including the Spanish Intellectual Property Act.
You may view the site and download our spec sheets, drawings and image packs for your personal use, or, if you are a professional, to specify, present or sell our pieces, crediting Rollo Studio. Press and editorial use of our images is welcome with a credit to Rollo Studio; please ask us for high-resolution files. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, needs our written permission. In particular, you may not reproduce our designs or use our content to make copies, derivative products or 3D files.
Search engines and AI. Search engines and AI services may crawl, index, cite and learn from the public pages of this site, as set out in our robots.txt, so that people can find Rollo Studio. This does not give anyone a licence to reproduce our designs, photographs or texts, or to use them, or tools trained on them, to make or sell copies or imitations of our pieces.
6. Images, colours and AI
We photograph our pieces as they are made. Some room settings on this site are composed or edited digitally, in some cases with AI tools, to show how a piece looks in an interior. We aim to show every piece exactly as it is made, and if an image changes how a piece looks, we say so. The colour versions shown in the Colour Studio and some colour variants in our photos are digital simulations. Screens show colour differently, so treat on-screen colour as a guide and ask us for a painted sample if colour matters for your project.
7. What you send us
When you send us messages, photos, plans, briefs or colour references, you confirm that you are entitled to share them. We use them only to answer you, prepare a quote and, if you order, make your piece. We will not publish them or show them to anyone else without your permission.
8. Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, the press and our stockists. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. If we learn that a linked page contains unlawful content, we remove the link promptly.
9. Availability and accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and working. We may update, change or remove content at any time, and the site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Product information, prices and availability shown when you place an order are governed by our Terms of sale.
10. Liability for the use of this website
We are responsible for the website in accordance with the law. We are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network failures or attacks by third parties, provided we have taken reasonable security measures, or for the content of other websites we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Reporting a problem
If you believe something on this site is unlawful, infringes your rights (including intellectual property or image rights) or contains an error, write to info@rollostudio.com with the details and the address of the page. We review every report promptly and act on it.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and can bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence or of València. For anyone else, the courts of València (Spain) have jurisdiction.
