colour questions

Does a custom colour cost more?

No. Every piece is painted to order, so any colour costs the same, whether it's from a collection or any RAL code.

How close will the colour be to my screen?

Screens vary, so treat the preview as a guide. We mix to the RAL reference and, for custom colours, confirm the match by email within 48 hours of your order. If we can't match it, you get a full refund.

Can I see a sample first?

Yes. Ask for a colour sample in any collection colour or RAL code and we'll post you a painted chip.

I have a paint colour from another brand.

Send us the reference or a photo of the chip. We'll propose the nearest RAL code and confirm it with you before we paint.

How long does it take?

4-6 weeks from order. Each piece is printed, grouted, sanded and hand-painted in our Valencia studio, then shipped insured.
